In 2006 Steve founded Beacon Business Group. Steve has over 14 years of Mergers & Acquisition experience, and has personally sold dozens of privately held businesses in a wide variety of industries. He is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) within the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and an Accredited Business Intermediary (ABI) within the American Business Brokers Association (ABBA). Both are the highest level of educational certification awarded within their respective organizations. Prior to founding Beacon Business Group, Steve spent 4 years as the top listing and selling Broker for another M&A advisory firm.
Rick has been in the Mergers & Acquisitions industry for over 12 years. Prior to joining Beacon Business Group in 2010, he worked for another Midwest based Business Brokerage for 5 years. Rick has over 25 years in business ownership and general management experience prior to becoming a Business Intermediary and trusted Advisor. His hands on experience of how businesses function and react with the ongoing economic changes and the financial effects of those changes help him identify with the current business market.
